Designed for aikido instructors seeking to explore Bookman Sensei's unique approach to aikido and learn more about his instructional strategies and techniques for successful dojo management.
Limited to 18 instructors, this full-day session will provide attendees with the opportunity to get direct guidance from Bookman Sensei, ask questions, and connect with other leaders in the aikido world.
In conjunction with this event, the we will be producing an online course, available to everyone in fall of 2018. Seminar participants will receive a free copy (a $79 value) when it's released.

Recommended for instructors / chief-instructors. If you’d like to join us and are not an instructor, tell us your story. After registration, participants will complete a short profile that will be shared with Bookman Sensei and other participants prior to the event.
The technical curriculum will focus on some of the unique techniques and applications Bookman Sensei has developed that leverage his 48 years of classical aikido training and over 20 years of cross-training in other martial arts. The specific technical agenda will be finalized after receiving input from registered seminar participants prior to the event.
Lunch will be provided at the dojo to make the most of our time during the event.
An open dialogue with the founder of one of the world's most successful aikido dojos, focused on teaching, leadership, and dojo management. Specific topics will be chosen based on questions and input from participating instructors.
Approximately one month after the seminar, Bookman Sensei will host a one hour livestream to answer any follow-up questions participants may have after experimenting with the technical curriculum or dojo management techniques covered in the seminar.
